I was born and raised in Jerusalem, when it was still a divided city. As a teenager, I spent most of my time walking through the alleys and stairways of the old city, getting to know its hidden gems in and out.
After my military service, I spent 3 years at the Ein Gedi Field Study Center, leading hiking tours all over the Judean Desert. As a student at the Technion in Haifa, I was involved in publishing some of Israel’s first Way-marked Hiking maps. After graduating, I spent more than 20 years in the Hi-tech industry, during which I lived in Israel (Haifa), USA (Houston, TX) and Germany (Munich).
Nowadays I work as a Licensed Tour Guide (English, German, Hebrew), sharing my passion, knowledge and a photographer’s point-of-view with enthusiastic travelers and curious tourists alike.
I offer tailor-made tours for visitors from the academic and business worlds, as well as for independent travelers. Tours can be arranged for individuals or groups. For more information visit www.benimyguide.com
