  • The Mount of Olives - panoramic view of ancient and modern Jerusalem
  • Christian Quarter - following the Via Dolorosa to the Church of the Holy Sepulcher
  • Jewish and Muslim Quarters
  • Wailing Wall (Kotel) - most sacred worship place for the Jews
  • Bethlehem
  • Church of Nativity and Manger Square - birthplace of Jesus
  • Small group of up to 18 people

You will meet our guide outside the reception hall of the port of Ashdod, from where we will head to Jerusalem. On the drive to Jerusalem, your tour guide will inform you about Israel’s rich history. The drive will be about one hour, depending on traffic.

In Jerusalem, our tour will start on the Mount of Olives where you will enjoy a breathtaking view over Jerusalem's Old City and the Temple Mount. We will then continue our trip and explore the *Garden of Gethsemane and the *Church of All Nations. Next, we will drive towards the old city by passing through the Valley of Kidron and enter the heart of the Old City through one of its famous gates.

We will pass through the Via Dolorosa (the Way of Agony), and follow the same path Jesus took while carrying the cross, towards the Church of Resurrection. The New Testament describes this site as Golgotha the place where Jesus was crucified and later buried.

Located on top of the Temple Mount is the Wailing Wall (Kotel). This is the holiest and most important place for the Jewish people. After visiting the Wall, you will have some time to enjoy the Old City on your own, explore the local market and dine at one of the restaurants.

We will then board our mini-bus and continue our journey to **Bethlehem. Bethlehem is a vibrant and thriving West Bank city, so for this part of the tour you will have a local, English speaking Palestinian guide showing you around the city.

At the focal point of our visit to Bethlehem is the visit to the Church of Nativity and Manger Square, the birthplace of Jesus.

* The visit to Garden of Gethsemane and Church of all Nations is time permitting!

**Please note: it is required to have your passport when visiting Bethlehem.

We will then return you to the port of Ashdod.
