Petra, the breathtaking city built into the rocky cliffs of Mount Hor in Jordan and was once the Nabataeans' capital and center of their caravan trade. 

At 07:30 A.M. you will be picked up from Hotels in Eilat or Eilat's Airport. Drive to the South Border, assistance with Visa Formalities, and travel to Petra. A local Jordanian guide will escort you into Petra and show you the highlights of the Nabatean city. 

You will enter the city through the Siq and be rewarded with the most astonishing and dramatic monument in Jordan: the Treasury. You will also visit the theatre, the tombs and façades and the colonnaded street. After lunch drive back to the border. 

Described by UNESCO as "one of the most precious cultural properties of man's cultural heritage." and listed as one of the forty places you have to see before you die by the BBC, you will experience first hand the majestic beauty of Petra.
