Arrive at Ben Gurion Airport. After Passport Control, a representative will be waiting for you at Baggage Claim. Once you’ve collected all of your luggage, we will drive you to your hotel in Tel Aviv.
There are no planned activities for the rest of the day. Use this time to sleep off jet lag, call home or start exploring!

Daliat el Carmel is a Druze village built into the slopes of Mount Carmel. The Druze are an ethnic minority who follow a secretive religion; the majority of knowledge bestowed only upon the elders. Visit the Church of Annunciation in the city of Nazareth. The church is built on top of an underground spring. According to the Eastern Orthodox tradition, this is the location where the Virgin Mary was drawing water during the moment of the Annunciation.
Visit the Hasmonean fishing village on the northern shore of the Sea of Galilee. It was here where archaeologists discovered two ancient synagogues built on top of each other. Here is also the location of the octagonal church of Saint Peter.
This mountain is believed to be the location where Jesus delivered the famous Sermon on the Mount.
Visit Israel’s largest archeological park, at the ancient city of Beit Shean. Explore the remains of what was once a Hellenistic, and later Byzantine city. Walk through ancient streets, shrines, and an amphitheater.
See the Byzantine era synagogue famous for its beautiful and unique mosaic. The mosaic, remarkably well-kept, depicts Jerusalem’s Temple, the Binding of Isaac, and the Zodiac.

Journey through thousands of years of history. Walk along the Cardo, the ancient roman road, visit the four synagogues restored in 1967 after Jerusalem was reunified. See the Hurva Synagogue, the largest temple in the Old City.
Take some time to visit the holiest site for the Jewish People. Visitors from all around the world come to pray here through words and notes places into the stones of the wall.
Walk along the Via Dolorosa, in the footsteps of Jesus. End at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre where the Crucifixion occurred.
Drive via Rachel’s Tomb. Visit the birthplace of Jesus inside the Church of the Nativity. Walk around Manger Square where thousands of worshippers gather each year at Christmas.
The world-famous Israel Museum displays numerous permanent and temporary exhibits on art, history, anthropology and archaeology from Israel and the world. See the scale model of the Second Temple as well as the Shrine of the Book, where the Dead Sea Scrolls are kept.
Learn how laws are made here in Israel’s parliament building, set on a beautiful hilltop overlooking Jerusalem. Outside, there is a famous menorah statue; the symbol of the State of Israel.
Mount Herzl is Israel’s national military cemetery, named after Theodor Herzl, the father of political Zionism, who is also buried here. The cemetery contains the graves of soldiers who have fallen in the line of duty, as well of leaders of the nation, including Golda Meir and Yitzhak Rabin.
Yad Vashem is dedicated to preserving the history and memory of the Holocaust. The compound includes a museum, memorials, a research center and archives.
Mea Shearim is a neighborhood where many ultra-orthodox Jews live. This is a unique opportunity to learn about religious Jewish society.
Enjoy a traditional Middle Eastern dinner followed by the Tower of David “Sound and Light show” (weather conditions permitting).
See the caves which hid the Dead Sea Scrolls until archaeologist discovered them in 1947. The 800 plus scrolls are believed to be remains from the oldest bible in the world, written between 200 BC and 68 CE.
Ride via cable car to the top of Masada and see the remains of Herod’s palace and the last bastion of the Jewish Revolt against the Romans. The ancient cisterns, baths and mosaics are well preserved.
At a private beach, cover yourself with mud thought to have therapeutic qualities, shower off, feel refreshed and float in the Dead Sea, the lowest place on earth. We will drive back to Jerusalem in order to prepare for Shabbat. There are no scheduled activities until Sunday.

Built into a coral reef, this Red Sea observatory makes it possible to get close to stingrays, turtles and even sharks. In addition, beautiful coral formations and colorful fish are easy to see.
Just a few hours’ drive from Eilat, is the astonishing 2000 year-old Nabatean city of Petra. Considered one of the wonders of the ancient world, Petra is famous for its huge monuments including the treasury, royal tombs, the court, Roman theatre, Roman Street, and qassier el- bint (Palace of Pharaoh’s daughter). Carved into the sandstone mountains are 2000 years of history, traditions and stories.
The unique natural phenomenon sits in the middle of the Negev Desert. It is a naturally formed crater home to unique rock formations, wildlife, and out-of-this world views.
Inside the Bedouin village, there will an opportunity to ride a camel. A tribe member will explain the traditions and lifestyle of Bedouins. Last but not least, a delicious meal will be provided.
This modest hut served as Israel’s first Prime Minister Ben Gurion’s home upon his retirement from politics. The hut has been transformed into a museum about his life and a memorial to him.
Learn about the role Israel’s Air force played in all of the country’s major wars. View dozens of actual aircraft as well as air force equipment. And of course, don’t forget to take a photo in the pilot’s seat!
